Quixx

Quixx will provide security to both our users and our service providers through a verification process. Both users and service providers will have to provide ID when signing up to the app, and the service providers will have to provide proof of authority and right to work in the UK as well as historical proof of incorporation.

Our Historical Reviews feature will also be available to both users and service providers, giving each group a peace of mind and assessing the job before it is accepted. This feature will allow each group to see past reviews and ratings from both sides of the platform for matters such as decency, conduct, safety, and quality of the job completed.

This feature will again be available and utilised by both sides of the platform. Firstly, service providers will assess the job based on their time estimation, the level of complexity and their access to the required tools, they will then place a bid. The users will then see all available bids posted to their submitted job and select a service provider that suits their needs, encompassing all previous benefits, matching to their required security verification, historical reviews and finally, price.
